B4 and B5.

Imoen did not marvel at my ability to sleep in the first area of the start dungeon as she should.

(Wes, does IWD2 even implement dream scripts and such?)

No idea on the dream scripts. Will check eventually. The Imoen rest thing comes from not simulating PartyRested().

Fixed in v6 - we hack PartyRested out of duct tape.

                   Well, you're not defining them in PDIALOG.2DA so I can only presume at the moment that they don't work. :)
