FIXED: Minsc re-initiate dialogue post bar-bend

IWG2 b3

Minsc opens his cage... and stands there. He must be click-talked in order to say "the bars! they bend and twist" etc.

Seems to progress normally after that.

Cannot reproduce here. They bend and twist without me clicking on him.

I forgot to mention: Player1 was not the one who freed him, he was off somewhere else. Try that.

Imoen frees Minsc, Player1 offscreen, bars bend without re-clicking. Can produce screenshot on demand.
