Auto-buff spell scripts
« on: February 11, 2003, 03:25:23 PM »
I know that this may be a stupid question but could someone explain to me exactly what these are? I've read the Readme file but am still soemwhat unclear. I imagine that they affect spell memorization but am not quite sure. Do they act automatically or do I need to invoke them somehow?

Any help is appreciated.

Go to the 'player's sheet' and pick out customization, then click scripts, and roll down the options where you'll find the script in question and just click on that.

The auto-buff scripts are intended to save the player time otherwise spent in casting Stoneskin, Protection from Magic Weapons, and what have you by combining them all in one easy keystroke. For instance, to auto-buff Solaufein, I believe you press S, and presto! you've got a drow with all his usual battle preparations, without the hassle of casting each spell one by one.

I don't know what the exact spells are, but you can probably find them listed in the readme.

                   It's not.  I didn't know either.
