Ascension 1.4.14 - Extra folder?

Upon extracting Ascension 1.4.14
It extracts 2 folders
The normal: ascension folder
AND
wes-backup

That folder contains: Setup-Ascension.exe and Setup-Ascension.tp2

In the BG2 main folder.


Is this suposed to be there?
