What does ERROR:Failure... mean?
« on: January 26, 2003, 08:05:02 PM »
I am trying to test out the Ease of use, Undead Targos and Bonus Merchant mods for IWD 2. Whenever I install the files to "C:\Program Files\Black Isle\Icewind Dale II" and I then click on "Set-up Merchant", etc..i get this messege:

ERROR: Failure["Unable to find CHITIN.KEY: run me in your BGII Directory"]

WHat does this mean and how do i fix it??

Whoa, very mysterious. It means that my mod can't find your IWD2 game.

Can you verify (using Windows Explorer or whatnot) that Setup-Merchant.exe and CHITIN.KEY are in the same folder?
