Improved Kangaxx the Demi-Lich

Each time he tries to summon a Mordenkainen's Sword, he fails miserably.

Can you be a bit more specific?

Is this Kangaxx the Lich, the Demi-Lich, or one of his guardians? How does he "fail"?

Actually, I think I may have an idea about this, but I'm not quite sure how to fix it. Hmm.

Kangaxx the Demi-Lich (the one in skull form). I think I've had this happen to me too - he tries to summon Mordies during his Time Stop and though it says that the spell is cast, they don't show up.

I had this too but it's sporadic of the 18+ times I've played through it. 14 the mordis didn't appear the other times they did. On atleast two occassions though they where cast outside the time stop.

When Kangaxx is in his Demi-Lich form, he tries on occasion, to spam several MSwords, but he keeps on getting the spell failure message.
