I'd say sarcasm which I probably picked up from my dad who has a sarcastic, smart-ass sense of humor.

I clicked irony, but I mean sarcasm  ::)

I voted "other".  My preferred type of humour is in-jokes.  My stack of flapjacks with a pirate hat is not absurdism, it is an in-joke.  Since you do not get it, I laugh at you.

Har har har.

Hear how I laugh?  I laugh heartily.  Etc. :)

Note: Yes, there was a good dose of sarcasm in this post, and I thought it somewhat funny, but still not as funny as the glorious in-joke.

Another Note: Where is the option for pun?

Huh, I dunno. Something like this.
Well, there was this doggy. He was a very clever doggy. He said things like...like... "I would feel infinitely more comfortable in your presence if you would agree to treat gravity as a law, rather than one of a number of suggested options."

I'm a fairly sarcastic person, so I often find my less bright friends falling down a sarchasm (see sig)

It's a play on words. Here's an example: Don't be saucy with me Bernaise. Bernaise is a type of sauce.
