Revelations of the Solar

Hello!

I happened to notice that there might be an unused journal entry in the "Revelations of the Solar". SOLAR.DLG state 48 is reported as orphan. The string (#67450) has VO as well.

I haven't played BG2 for ages and I have no recollection whatsoever of the events so please disregard this if it's just useless information. Otherwise, I'd be interested in hearing whether or not it may be worth restoring. There are two replies to state 48 and they check for the global Bhaal25Dream2. One missing cutscene (cut234c) should trigger with the global at 0 and another one (cut234d) if the global is at one or higher.

State #48 in the solar's dialog is reached by every single reply to state #47, hence it's always reached by normal dialogue.
