General weidu error

Hi, setup-atweaks.exe --list-languages setup-atweaks.tp2 produce error:

Please run this program in your Infinity Engine game directory.
FATAL ERROR: Failure("Not a game directory")
Press ENTER to exit
Why? No, executable is not inside game directory. I want to list languages and then components...

EDIT: --nogame get me what I want, sorry
