So, Whats the deal?

Well its been some time since i've been hwre last and i see no new news what-so-ever. So my question is "is this project dead?". I really hope not, this is by far one of my favorite character mods and to see it unfinished would be heart breaking. So i wanted to know is do you need any aid in any way? Like maybe TOB plot ideas or scripting help or is it you just dont have the time or lost intrest all together? I wouldnt mind lending a hand in any way i can, mind you my scripting ability is very limited.
