tweak to make thief sprite always show hood

hey guys, is there a mod out there that forces thief sprites (possible only the pc) to display a hood? it's annoying that my thief/mage never has one because he only wears elven armor and robes. I can only get it to show with leather armors.
actually it would be neat if the item [Thieves' Hood] could be modded to display a hood, since currently it isn't visible at all
