There're about 200 Dragon Age fanfics at Fanfiction.net by now. I do recommend these two(caution: end-game spoilers; several chapters are online, but the story is unfinished):

Martyrs and Thieves - Alistair

And stories by Crisium and callalili are pretty cool, too. Basically, if you like the story, click on the author's profile and read their story list: chances are you'll find something else you like. For example, Into the Dark by Rainfallen, who also did "Martyrs and Thieves".

I'd love to hear your recommendations, by the way.
