Install doesnt work on OSX;help!

hey it says the .coomand file isnt an executable file, im on 10.4.11..

 :-\
if i click it it does that and if i drag it into terminal i get this
<bastard$ /Volumes/Arn\ Anderson/BGII\ -\ SoA/Setup-Assassinations.command   
-bash: /Volumes/Arn Anderson/BGII - SoA/Setup-Assassinations.command: Permission denied

Run Terminal and type without the parens:
  chmod +x (drag-and-drop the .command file then press Return)

You can now run the .command file.

thanks, i found that if i installed wei-du and then updated the mod files in wei-du, then  cd the directory and "./setup-whatevermod" it installed. i also edited the file and erased the .command. everything seems to install now.
thanks alot, i will try the other way for next installs.
