Some feedback

Hello, I tried this mod for the first time, and went with the evil option of siding with the shadow pack.

The whole thing was a lot of fun, the dialogues were good - but equally herein lies the problem i have: The voiceover of the lines is somewhat off putting, there is a difference between these custom sounds and the ones i'm accustomed to from regular bg2, i don't know what it is exactly, perhaps the quality, both in terms of file size used perhaps not being good/large enough and as in the ability of the voice actors, they were ok, but i'd prefer to not have sounds...I don't know if this can be done as some sort of optional component or not.

I personally have always prefered voiced lines but this was the first time it just didn't feel right and stuck out as being different from the game i'm used to.

Having said that, the plot, the actual lines, the combat etc was all very good.

Glad you liked the mod, and I'm sorry the voiceover didn't appeal to you. We did the best we could(Jason Compton, for one, is one of the best guys here - he did sound for Kelsey, Dungeon-be-Gone and most of our "bestdownloader" mods :) ); if it still troubles you, just open your override directory, select all .wav files that start with O#DC, and delete them.

Ah, he wouldn't be the one who voiced that roguish-type charcter from the good side? That was one that was good i thought, but don't think he spoke much, the dwarf though sounded nothing like a dwarf - guess i'm spoilt by the likes of Korgan who was in my party and so i had something right there to compare to!
