Looking for a mod.

I would like to know if their is such a mod that does not stop classes from using certain armor and weapons?

Level1NPCs http://www.gibberlings3.net/level1npcs/ can be used to remove restrictions from druids,  thieves, clerics and mages.  It looks to me as if you have your heart set on having  your bard use a composite  longbow, you are out of luck.  And, oddly, though the rules state that bards should not be able to use throwing axes, I cannot see that that check is being done, so if you want that, you ought to already be set.

and item revisions has a way to remove restrictions from multi-classed clerics, if that is what you are looking for in particular.  You don't have to install all the rest of item revisions to get this fix.
