Hit Points problem

Hmmmm, my PC is a Paladin and i start the adventure with just 11 HP... I have 16 Constitution and if remember well at first level i should have 13 ( the maximum of a d10 + con. bonus). Or if i set the normal level of difficulty (as i do) even the first dice roll is made? It's quite strange 'cause all the Npc have the maximum for the first level. Any suggestion?

Actually, a Paladin with 16 CON should start with 12 hitpoints (10+2).

If you're using old style Tutu, then all bets are off.  I cleaned up a lot of starting HP crap as part of EasyTutu's development.

If you are using EasyTutu, most characters are born with incorrect HP values, but they self-correct via scripting within a couple of seconds (so long as you do not have the game paused).

Yes, you are right... i was thinking with the third edition rules.
I'am using old style tutu..ok, i'll wait for the second level. One Hp is not the end of the world!
