Is there any way to change NPC voice sets?

I couldn't (or atleast find a way to) do it with Shadow Keeper, and I'm not that good at messing with the strings and codes... are there any program or a sane way of  changing NPC's voicesets?

It is possible to create a mod to assign alternative soundsets to joinable or non-joinable characters, but it will require Weidu/tp2 coding(nothing fancy/advanced, but still). Nothing user-friendly, I'm afraid.

You can do it without TP2. Something like Near Infinity would be a big help, though.

Simply create new WAV files with the lines you want, named the same way as the sounds you wish to override. Then put those WAVs in override. Boom.
