Flame of the North is missing

On the 2nd level of spellhold, the creature behind the Mind Flayer portrait has been replaced by an UlItharid (sp?). It does not drop the Flame of the North when killed, meaning this fine sword is gone from the game.

hmm sounds more like the game bugged out rather than quest mod.

id just use SK to get the sword or go back to an earlier save.
