NPC script not changing in ToB

So. Once - a fluctuation, twice - coincidence, thrice - a tendency. So far, I've had(I think) three reports that upon the transition to ToB, Xan's script doesn't switch from O#XanS.baf to O#Xan25S.baf, and as such, he stops talking in ToB.

The lines in question in pdialog.2da look as they should:

WeiDU.log is mostly harmless. For example, the latest one I received was all Kivan-Kelsey-FlirtPack-DBG-QuestPack-UB, Virtue and Zyraen's Misc. I'll go and investigate, of coruse, but the thing is, I am not sure I'll be even able to read Virtue scripts, for one.

Really, I cannot imagine why this might be happening, since MoveToExpansion() is either a stable command or a broken one, and I suspect the former.
