aerie in bg1?

could there be a possibility to place aerie in bg1 tutu?

I mean she was with Quale right?;-)

maybe a fun story about how she lost her wings and you rescue her with quale or something like that

Not really-Quale in BG1 is a real jerk, and only seems to have mellowed after he met Aerie-there's a dialog specifically referring to that-Aerie says that Quale's the nicest/wisest man she's ever met, and Quale says 'I wasn't always like this' or somesuch in response-I've always felt that was a nod to his behaviour in Baldur's gate 1.

but stil that doesn't change the fact that it is possible;-)
he can be an ass but you can make him polite by making him free aerie or something:D

Hey, you want to write the *.BIFs for the animation cels of a winged Elf in BG1, be my guest.

This not to say that one of the Gambling Tents in the Wide couldn't be converted into a Circus foreshadowing the one in BG2, though.

That might look funny considering her appearance would never change when you change he armor - plus, why doesn't she fly places instead of walking?

The animation would be the easy part.  Someone would have to write a buttload of dialogue for her to make her a real NPC, or she wouldn't talk much.

Hmmm. I always thought BG1's lack of an Aerie was one of it's better points.

It's impossible to meet Aerie in BG1 because she has never seen Nashkel, Beregost, etc.

She says in SoA something like "I've never gone in the north" ("Je ne suis jamais allée aussi loin vers le nord" in my french version of the game).
