Adding ToB Items

I want to add some items from Throne of Bhaal in Icewind Dale1, but I really dont know how to do this.
Is there any specialist who can explayin me how it could work? What tools do I need and where I can get them from?

This is no easy task.
You need a good editor and knowledge of the effects.
I use dltcep and iesdp for this
dltcep can convert an item from tob to iwd2, but you still have to work on the effects.

dltcep: dragonlancetc.com
iesdp: iesdp.gibberlings3.net

You can also use NI instead of dltcep, but i don't think you can use it to convert the item.

Thanks! Seems to be a very good tool, so much things you can change, I was overrunned by all the commands and settings
I´ll try to learn how to use it, i think it will take months!!
