I see that and I say "My God, that's a creature on her lap which could kill her with a single blow if it has a momentary lapse."
Yes, I know they're raised like that, and are highly domesticated, and whatnot... but anybody who's had a housecat as a pet for an appreciable length of time has surely seen them at least _once_ have a moment of reversion to feral state, when the friend-or-foe system goes out the window and they're ready to take a chunk out of you. When your housecat does it, you get a nasty gash. When a tiger does it, you DIE.
(it's cute aside from that, though.)
