BG1 scripts that could be put to good use in BG2

In BG2, Ranger/Clerics (whether Dual or Multi) cannot Fall. But they can in BG1. Is there any chance this ability could be transferred over without an agonizing amount of trouble?

In BG1, lots of enemies have an AI script that tells them to wander around randomly until/unless they see an enemy. But IIRC, Weimer claims that this AI is not available in BG2, despite the new layer of unpredictability it could add to things like Ilyich. Can this be transferred?
