No Virtue

Hey, so I have -- in the following order:

Fixpack
Game Text Update
Unfinished Business
Virtue

For some reason, my virtue is perpetually ().  Is there any known reason for this, or a way to fix it?  For the moment I've just taken Virtue off, but would really like to play with it.
