Need help with posting

I am really not sure which moderator or even who I should inquire about this problem so here it is:

I am having problems posting messages on this board. When I try to reply a message on a thread, 9 out of 10 times I get the stupid page cannot be shown error. Can someone tell me how to fix this or point to a place which it can help me? Thanks.

Is it a browser error or an error being presented by the forum software itself?

i think it's a browser error.

edit:
Two things to note, 1) the error typically occurss when i'm trying to quote something. 2) it began occuring after i switched from dial-up to DSL.

Have you tried an alternate browser?

I only see one error in the logs recently associated with you, which seemed to be an attempt to post with a malformed URL to a board number that didn't actually exist. It is possible that your new ISP has a flaky connection to our server which for whatever reason tends to show itself when you're trying to quote posts. Short of a browser upgrade, making sure you're not using a proxy unnecessarily, etc., I'm not sure what to recommend.
