Where do you save what, WeiDU or the Kobold mod?

The Kobold mod probably goes into your BG2 directory, then you'll have to extract it (assuming it is packaged in .rar,.zip,.exe format or something). Then double-click setup-kari.exe (or whatever it's called; I've not played it). This might be documented at the mod's homepage, but I think it is a joke mod, so it might not be.

As for WeiDU, if you just want to play mods you don't need to download it. If you want to make them then just extract it wherever convenient. The ReadMe has a lot of tutorials, and there's a few files in the package with code examples.
