Has movement stutter been fixed?
« on: October 05, 2005, 02:47:19 PM »
I've encountered this everytime I play BG1 with Tutu, and other people have reported the same problem. Party movement lags and jerks to the point that certain areas are/almost unplayable. I don't even want to play the game until this has been eliminated.

I don't think it has, because no one who could potentially fix it can actually create it on their machines.

Last time I did a housecall I was TAKEN OUT TO LUNCH.  It's dangerous work, being a modder.

You do housecalls?  I have a barbeque that is only a half-hour away from serving up some nice juicy top sirloins, does that count? ;D

I reckon your "Taken out to Lunch" list is going to become much longer now, Ghrey... ;D

Good point, Ghrey.  It would take you about a day to get to my place, I think.  Unless you somehow managed low orbit.  Oh, well, the steaks were good anyways.  Not as good as if I'd had a world-famous modder over, but good none-the-less. ::)

Hey, when it comes to steak, it's every modder for themselves...

So I'm not sure if it's because I now have a faster processor or whether V6 is working better, but I have yet to encounter any movement stutter.
