I can't find Hessa's quest area
« on: September 18, 2005, 02:50:38 AM »
Hi.  This isn't the first time I'd be asking a stupid question.  I really have looked for the answer and I must have missed it.
First, I downloaded a few of the One Day NPC's.  Tonite I met Hessa at the City Gates and she told me to get her the necklace she wanted.  But there is no new area on my world map, nor can I find any help or mention of her or her quest in my journal.
I'm aware that Hessa is part of a new mod, Surayah, that is in the works, but from what I've read the One Day Hessa should have the area and quest, right?
Please help!  Thanks.

Yes, the quest area should be available. Normally an icon for "Trade Way Merchant Camp" would become visible kinda southwest of De'Arnise Keep after Hessa makes her demand.

Did you start a new game, or use an existing one? Additions to the worldmap from a mod are only apparent if you start a new game, which can be a pest. :) You can always CLUAConsole:MoveToArea("arsu10") to continue the quest for the necklace.
Newt had always suspected that people who regularly used the word "community" were using it in a very specific sense that excluded him and everyone he knew.

Ah...that's the problem.  Thanks, Bons!  I had added her after I started a new game but I haven't gotten far.  First, tho, I'll try the Move To Area thing.
BYW, am also enjoying your Bruce.  He's great!   ;D
