well i know about the npc mods but personally i rather have more quest and harder battles

From what I know "Throne Of Bhaal Enhancements From BioWare's Senior Designer David Gaider" is included in Ascension/WeiDU and possibly redemption should go after ascention. Also depends on skill/style of play but if you install full improved battles and tactics mods you may have really hard time playing the game...

PS. I'd also recommend going through http://modlist.pocketplane.net/ and install some more NPC mods, it won't hurt - if don't want you can always not take them into the party (and BTW there's I think something like Crossmod banter mod - perfect if you have those additional NPCs)

I'm not sure, but the Nalia romance might not be WeiDU?  If so, I think that has to go after patching and before other WeiDU stuff.

The bonus CD items should probably be added after the game installation, but I can't say for sure that putting them in a different order will change anything.

TeamBG tools are bit outdated you can probably do it (what ever it is) with NearIfinity. Which mod is that (and do you have the latest ver)?

What's SC? Anyway you've got a big list of mods there, don't get discouraged just because you can't install one or two, you still have plenty left.

I can't help you, I don't use the mods you just mentioned. As for order, old mods written in weidu sometimes have a problem when they upgrade to newer weidu ( from other mods in the folder) so it's good to move the .exe files of other mods for the process of installation of the rest. If a weidu mod fails to install it creates a .debug file which you can mail to the creator, maybe you've stumbled on some compatibility issue.

At some point Weidu "commands" changed which was both good and necessary but due to that if modders didn't rewrite their .tp2 files  converting to newer ver can cause problems, I stambled on that a few times myself.

I believe all three of these have both WeiDU and non-WeiDU versions.  Are you using the former, or the latter?

I must admit that ever since Weidu has reached maturity as a mod deployment tool, I have never touched a non-weidu mod and most of my former troubles were gone. After you made sure the content of two mods is compatible, then Weidu is the way to go. Why not include some G3 mods for good measure?

but some mods i just can't install it say's erro cannot found *.....*

in the install version

then i get a msg

installation stopped because uninstallation might not be working

Every mod has a maker or so I am told. Go to the forum stated in the readme and inquire about the mod where you get the error message! While it is very common to get a lot of help here, it is generally the better idea to get the maker for comments.
