Bug: Siren's Call Area Map Crashing
« on: April 08, 2005, 12:24:31 AM »
Hello,

Whenever I try to look at the area map while in the Lighthouse area, my game crashes. Given the fact that this isn't happening anywhere else, I kind of suspect that this is an incompatibility between the Siren's call mod and the "Add Map Notes" feature from the Gibberlings3 Tutu Tweak pack, which I also have installed.

This is mostly a bug report, as I'll just avoid looking at the map, and hopefully everything else will work okay (I've not gotten to any of the mod's content yet). If it's known that I'm wrong, or there's any other info you need to help resolve this in future versions, please let me know. Thanks!

Same problem here. Whenever I press M in the Lighthouse area ==> CTD.

Yep, right there with ya.   :-\

I also noted something else... playing the bad-ass bastard half-orc, I opted to betray everyone.  Anyway, after coming out of the cave with the loot, the old man and his flunkies made a sad attempt to off my party.  It was a pretty one-sided fight after the Horror and Hold spells hit, but I received no experience points for any of the kills.  Also, I had one party member that had, up till then, never managed to make a single final killing blow.  He finally did it (killing one of the pirates), and it registered as having killed something under the information tab (number of enemies killed: 1), but his most powerful vanquished foe was blank.  Anyone else had this happen?  Oh yeah, had one other thing happen, one or two of the pirates blabbed someone else's lines (one of them being Karlat's) when getting whacked.

Otherwise I loved it, great way to spice up an area.   :)
