I added Finch to my BG:EE run and am totally in love with her. The soundset is superb, the whole NPC is adorable! The only reason why I won't take her along in the future would be because I want more PC-NPC dialogues the mod is missing so she seems a bit "quiet".

Greetings, Finch NPC makers & maintainers!

I ask you this now since I wasn't sure what permission I needed for a new NPC mod for minor cross mod stuff.  Specifically, this is to make mention to a party member that he saw her in Candlekeep and she's trustworthy.

Post the crossmod you want to include here in a spoiler would be the first step if the authors can't be reached any more imho.

FORENOTE: This is for a BG1/EET mod in progress as of this writing to add Hull as a recruitable NPC around the time Imoen joins the party.  The dialog below all I had planned for Finch crossmod, but I'm taking suggestions for other BG1/BG2 crossmod talk.  (I assume Finch and Hull didn't talk much while in Candlekeep.)

(What's the spoiler/sblock command for this board?)

-=Finch & Hull Interactions=-
MEETING FINCH FOR THE FIRST TIME

Before Initial Meeting with Finch
<Hull learns in toward you and whispers.>

She’s a shorty, but she’s trustworthy.  She’s a priest of some sort.  Not a thief at all,

What makes you say that?
HULL: She was in Candlekeep for awhile, kid.  I thought you noticed!

I don’t want another reminder of Candlekeep right now.  Let’s leave.
HULL: <Hull shrugs.>  <End Dialog>

If she’s a priest, then she’s worth talking to!
HULL: Lead on.

<End dialog with Hull.  Begin dialog with Finch.>

If you go to the "Preview" there is more options with buttons to format a message. Without it, you have to write the formats per hand.
I just tried and I think spoiler does not exist.

For Finch and Hull: I could imagine they either didn't notice each other much, or she noticed him always yawning.  ;)

EDIT: I have no objections to crossmod about another mod NPC - making another NPC talk is the tricky part. I'd only ask that your NPC does not interrupt dialogues of the other NPC since they are usually quite personal moments.
For the first meeting like you planned, I think it's ok.

Bugs / ToDo:

-German translation: correct Nashkel to Nashkell
-improve scripting: change !Dead("sufinch") to See("sufinch") in .d-files
-compatibility: change I_C_T2 into I_C_T with passback line...
-translations need to be completed with new additions. also in bgee.tra!
-release new version with changes from Angel
-Maybe the usability of the bag could be widened to kitted clerics as well. -> remove bag restrictions. It's undroppable (=unremovable) anyway.
