Why didn't the "happy patch" work with tutu?

I am currently playing a good-aligned party with Viconia as the party Doc. When my reputation reached 19, she wouldl leave the party. But I really wanted she to stay as she had stricken quite a lot of conversation with my PC and other NPCs and I was  just curious about what wouldhappen next. So I ran the tutu tweaker and added the happy patch to tutu.

To my disappointment, it didn't seem to work. Viconia would leave nonetheless. Does this mean that if I add any new feature using tutu tweaker, it won't take effect unless I start a new game?

When exactly did you apply the patch--after rep had hit 19?

I'm having the same problem - I installed the tweak pack before I started this game but it didn't seem to affect Kagain or Viconia's happiness.  I switched Kagain to a good alignment via shadow keeper and he seems okay with that, but Viccy (even tho I switched her alignment) still leaves at 20 reputation.  Is there any particular variable I need to add or clear?

Any help would be more appreciated!

Hmmm seems like someone have the same problem as I do...
except that I used Shadowkeeperto edit her alignment, she's still
recruitable or stays in the group even when I boot her out.
Yes my reputation is 20 (+ Ajantis charisma is 20 as well)
(Guess I always encourage her when she banters? (~ via BG Banter mods ^^))
