Sarevok and the sword

I've only just caught wind of a special shindig if sarevok is reunited with his sword.  If so, what happens as I'm quite far from that section yet.

The Sword of Chaos will get some extra bonuses, but no too much. Some bonus magic resistance, +4 to hit, +4 damage, and a bit greater life drain at each strike.

By the way, I increased the effectiveness of this blade by giving it a bit better powers in the hand of Sarevok. This will be included in BG2 Revision Mod.

I recently got the latest version of weidu ascention and i did not get this sword when i gave sarevok his old weapon back. Is something missing. was the sword forgotten when converted to weidu format.

Weimer was careful to bring everything across, and I really can't imagine that you'd be the first to notice that he left it out two years after the first WeiDU Ascension release. Can't help you fix the bug, though, sorry.

hmmm  as for the Sword of Chaos... it is SW2H16.... I dont see it anywhere in Ascension, but will keep looking

It's always shown up for me.  Don't know why it's not showing up for you.  I'd suggest you try redownloading and installing Ascension-WeiDU.

The blade of Sarevok, brother of <CHARNAME>, used in the battle they fought in faraway Baldur's Gate.  <CHARNAME> prevailed, destroying Sarevok's plans and rescuing the Sword Coast from the brink of war.  Now Sarevok has joined with <CHARNAME>'s cause and his blade has been restored to him.  Sarevok describes the weapon as a Deathbringer blade and has restored some of the weapon's old power.  Without his Bhaalspawn essence to channel through the sword, however, it cannot achieve the power it once had.  Still, however, it is a formidable weapon...and one that Sarevok warns would become increasingly difficult to wield in the hands of one who was not a Deathbringer, if they could use it at all.

STATISTICS:

Abilities: each hit drains one to five hit points from the target and transfers it to the wielder.  This will not heal beyond the wielder's maximum.

The blade also grants +10% Magic Resistance while wielded.

...like I said, fairly unlikely that two years later this would be coming up the first time. Not impossible, but unlikely.

ok, i just DL'd it again from here http://weidu.org/asc.html and i looked for the files cuv mentioned finsarev.itm and sw2h16.itm and i see neither in my override
