Crash in final battle

In the final battle, after I kill all the members of the five, except Yaga-Shura, in fact, on the exact moment that Yaga-Shura is going to die, BG2 crashes. Now this has happened to me 3 times already and it only happens when I'm about to kill Yaga-Shura, the last of the Five I kill. What exactly happens is this: BG2 minimizes and I get a black window, and I can't do anything except close the process with Taskmanager. Anyone know what may cause this problem?

I have Ascension version 1.4.15
I have the following mods installed:
Redemption
Tactics
Ease-of-Use
Item Upgrade
Dungeon Be Gone
Solaufein
Valen
Tashia

First try to reinstall Ascension with all the Tougher components, and if this won't help, make a complete re-install of the whole game. That usually solves such riddles. :rolleyes:
