Bug- Mae'var has morale failure

Mae'var in ar0011 has morale failre running or morale failure berserk when the player first enters his dungeon, making the quest impossible to even start.

I've tried a few things to get him not to panic, giving shadow armor immunities, making him an ally and casting remove fear, these failed to help.
