Item Upgrade / Underrepresented Items multiple protection items

Hi!

If anyone's interested, I've modified Item Upgrade and Underrepresented Items a little, to add their items to the list of protective items not to be worn together. It's been listed as a TODO for years. Works fine for me now.

erik, i don't know if this got incorporated or not - if it isn't in the readme with you credited, it got missed. Can you check the packages, please, and if it got missed, we can ask JCompton to update...

Checked the latest releases (v38 and v6, respectively) ... looks to have been overlooked, yes.
