FIXED: AR0113 Knights go Hostile

i'm doing the kights of the order quest here where you hold off the intruders.  not only do the intruders go hostile, but the knights do too.

This is the same problem as the knights in the sphere and the halflings. When I fix one the other should be fixed as well.
