Title: Sixth mission - No guard at the gate

Hello

There is no guard at the gate district, so I can't bribe him for the last stage of the sixth mission. There is only a soldier standing around, who tells me to get lost, when I approach him.

Is there a work around for this?

Apparently resting helped, guess I was there to late in the evening. Ignore this please :)
