Figured I should repost my request as a new thread to make these things easier to track.
Essentially, I'd like counting from 0 as opposed to 1 for dialogue states (and anywhere else it might be appropriate), as that's how WeiDU does it and it would be handy if the two tools were consistent. Whether this is the default behaviour or there's an option to count from 0/1 does not matter to me much.

Not as much as people using IDW for writing dialogues.

NI can be useful for looking up interjection points when you know _who_ says something, but you're not sure where that conversation _starts_. (when you know where the conversation starts but aren't sure what all the interjection points are, InfExp is my usual choice.)
