Title: Tutu Tweaks v12 released

Just dropping y'all a note to announce v12 of Tutu Tweaks is out and addresses two bugs. The first is a cosmetic issue with the titles of dual-class barbarians; the second is a more serious issue that would cause the Two-Handed Bastard Swords and Two-Handed Katanas components to go into infinite loops during installation under WeiDU v175.
