Do scrolls for BG2 spells (Spook, etc.) ever turn up in tutu...?   ???

I have yet to see any, although a mage can pick them at character creation, etc.

No, Tutu doesn't plant any BG2 spells around the game. It's gonna be up to people modding it to deal with that.
