Yes, the Baldurdash people heard of it.

"It resolves two bugs with his dialog. First, if the player chose to not read the Ritual Scroll given by Brother Pol, and sent Demogorgon back to the Abyss, if the player was still in the Shadows Of Amn component of Baldur's Gate II and any of Anomen, Imoen, Keldorn or Mazzy were in the group, on returning to Brother Odren, after the first line of dialog, "No valid replies or links" would be received and the player would be unable to progress. The cause of this was that the possible dialog threads that were not restricted to the Throne Of Bhaal areas were also disallowed from the four NPC's as well through incorrect triggers, so they would strart to reply but then the chapter check would block them being able to."

Hey all,

I am replaying Baldur's Gate 2 and Throne of Bhaal, specifically because I wanted to play David Gaider's Ascension Mod. However, I didn't have any of my old characters lying around, so I figured I'd just replay the whole thing.

Everything seems to have gone smoothly so far, I think mages are giving me better battles than before, I think there are more enemies here and there too, but now I've run into a snag...

I've cleared Watcher's Keep and killed Demogorgon (the standard version, not the uber hard one). The scroll the knights of Vigil gave me has disappeared from my inventory, and I went back to talk to the Knights of Vigil. Their leader asks me "What happened blablabla", I respond "I killed the Imprisoned One blablabla" and then it reports "NO VALID REPLIES OR LINKS" in big red letters, and funny enough it's also in the little (Continue) or (End Dialogue) box at the bottom of the screen.

This has never happened before, and I've played through Watcher's Keep a total of five or six times before I played it with this Mod installed...

Has anyone ever heard of this, or have any suggestions on what to do?
Can I safely uninstall the Mod, and then see if the savegame I have just before that section will work alright, or is the Mod now an integral part of the game, and will my savegames not work?

Oh, I'm still in SoA, chapter six..

Any help or advice greatly appreciated :)
it's not really a big deal, ofcourse, but I just like to finish that particular quest.

Thanks in advance!

Cheers
