Answered in Banter Pack forum, but in general:
- sometimes saved games get screwed up during reinstall;
- new versions of BG1NPC/BanterPack/BG1UB don't add any new significant content.

In other words, no, I don't recommend you to reinstall these mods.

(On the other hand, you can always check the mod's readme. For example, Xan NPC's readme says that lots of new content was added in v10 - it means it's worth it to reinstall it. Or Sword Coast Stratagems mod - nearly every version adds new tweaks, fixes and solutions).

Only this...i saw new versions of bg1ub, banter packs for bg2, bg1npc project...i want to update but dunno if my save game will go on...
