The Roenall attempt to take over the keep is perfectly legal, at least if Nalia doesn't get the PC to run it. Even then, Lord Roenall thinks that the PC and/or Nalia have cheated him out of something that is rightfully his. Not very nice, but not completely evil either.
since we're going by the way things stand, not talking about changing what was already in the game...
he IS evil. it's official. so sure, he can be patient, and joke, but i'm thinking it's neutral evil with lawful tendencies. or maybe vice versa - depends on choice made regarding isaea's upbringing, independence, etc... how far did the apple fall from the tree, or is it still hanging?
