The forum might not have attachment options, but you can upload the .zip file to an offsite location, and post the URL link to it. .. like people do sometimes.

but an example of what it says on something it can't install:

a lot of the "extended" content isn't installing. Debug file attached.

Installing on extended edition, hardlink to dialog.tlk is in the top folder of the game directory. I did try extracting a fresh set of the mod files (since I keep all my BG mods saved on my computer....)
