(Deleteing the override, chitin.key, dialog.tlk, baldur.ini, and baldur.exe and replacing with a known clean version.) I'll go try truly uninstalling everything and reinstalling from CDs.

« on: July 08, 2009, 01:02:52 AM »Hmmm, that sounds really mysterious. If this bug appears before, I think gamer would had mention it, but that is not happen. Did you do an install with BG2/ToB and Ascension only and have you the same problem? Before you installed Ascension did you a fresh clean install of your BG games?
Yovaneth at SHS had a bad bug and tried to find the issue. After some time he find out, that his BG installation was not correct and therefore the bug appeard. With a clean install the bug was gone.

« on: July 07, 2009, 10:03:42 AM »Thanks, Leomar! I searched the forums before I posted, but I only found two issues; Yaga Shura crashes the game and Yaga Shura doesn't behave right in the final fight. Nothing about him just not showing up. I searched again, but I still don't see anything. 
I didn't know that the BGII Fixpack addresses Ascension too. I installed it over Ascension to see if that would help, but no go. I've tried both starting a new game and reinstalling the game and that didn't help. I've looked at stuff in NI, and the area file says right there that Yaga Shura should be there. I can bring him in with the console with no problems.

« on: July 06, 2009, 01:35:42 PM »When I enter the siege camp for the first time (this is before Yaga's heart is destroyed), Yaga Shura never shows up. I've killed quite a few minions waiting for him, and no go. Am I missing something? The only thing I have installed is Ascension, all components.
