I probably did leave the area before he got there, too bad he won't spawn again somewhere else if you miss him.
I finally tried spawning him trademeet, waited around for him to show up, he never did, so moved right to the center of town, lots of clear area around, respawned him and he finally showed up and talked, not sure where he showed up the first time though, never did find him.

Hmm...well I opened up an old save game  (28 days into it) and advanced real time--everything worked fine, quest included.
But I think something I did with my newer game (more than 100 days into it by now after cleaning out everything bar Bodhi in Ch6) made it go to crap. I certainly got  the "I miss them terribly" LT in that game. Somehow the LT jsut went back to ane earlier value and it just refuses to budge when I advanced real time.
I guess I'll just advance time to finish the romance. Don't think I can play through the whole game again just to see the vampire sequence, interesting and at times well written though it may be.

This talk should happen in the city area; check that you're in Athkatla.

Funny...I remember talking to a beggar in my game. Are there two? Is he the one she tells not to spend the money she gives him all at once?
Other notes which shouldn't make a difference I guess...
I installed v2 over v1.
I set the timer on v1 at 1500, dunno what it is after installing v2. Probably default.
I tried advancing real time using the console. No dice. Got another flirt I hadn't seen though.

He does spawn, otherwise we would be swarmed with bug reports. :) I think you just left the area as he appeared.

I had a similar thing at LT25 you need to talk to a begger that never spawned, I manually spawned him, then everything took off from there.

I see, thank you. It's a regular talk: if the keep is still yours and your reputation is higher than 8, you should get the talk very soon.

All right, let's see. What was your last regular lovetalk, with music and everything? Are her flirts still available? And, if you're talking about Nalia undressing, it's a flirt, not a lovetalk.

I'm a bit confused as well. I'm not sure, but I think I'm at LT=24 [first inn 'love talk'; well there's not much talking--but afterwards there's a short and angry conversation, yes?). The romance hasn't really moved since then. I've gone back to the keep at least twice for quests, I'm at Chapter 6 (pretty much cleaned up all of Amn except for the limited wish quest). Keep wise>>my lands flooded and I paid that off. The Isaea arrest side plot is done with. Is there anything I'm missing? Should I talk to someone or do something? Anything I haven't mentioned and ought to?
Many thanks in advance.
As an aside,  I do say that  your interpretation of Nalia has been interesting thus far.

Just as Burwood told you: find Wivara, his apprentice, in the Government District(spawns directly on entering).

Or head straight to the Docks district, next to the Temple of Oghma.

After LT32: "I miss them terribly, each and every day..."
(Specifically, you must visit the keep after LT32. - JC)
