It's been a while for me but I think I get 2 Ketos when I don't recruit her and go straight downstairs and obtain the theater deed.  When I went back upstairs I had a 2nd Keto.  It hurts nothing and never bothered me so I never even came to report it.

The Irenicus and Imoen speaking Noober lines thing isn't a bug, it's a consequence of using Faster Cutscenes and Dreams, from BG2 Tweaks. If you want the cutscenes to be faster, and don't want them to be silly, just reinstall BG2 Tweaks and select the non-silly version. Although I should warn you that you shouldn't do that on a BGT installation, because it doesn't work all that well.

And yeah, I get two Ketos, too, but I only recruit one of them...

Yes, I have this bug too actually. Although this bug takes a back seat to the one which has Irenicus speaking Noober's lines in every cut scene, and skips significant portions of the chapter two cutscene as well.

Speaking of which, I don't suppose anyone knows how to resolve this issue? It's really bothering me.

Interesting. I have a couple of guesses as to why that would be, probably related to the hacky way we spawn her which I'm supposed to be fixing someday.

Keto seems to have a twin sister also named Keto standing at the bar right next to her at the Five Flagons.  This first occured after I returned to the Five Flagons following the second banter she initiated.  I'm not using her in the current game, though as mentioned she did initiate conversation twice with the party (first to Haer'Dalis; don't quite remember the second banter).  I'm running a lot of mods, I could post the list if needed.  Just figured I'd mention it.
