Can't seem to get an uncorrupted d/l of this mod - have tried 3 times in a row - the d/l takes only a few seconds and then says it contains corrupted files when you attempt to install it and suggests trying again. I have only found the single link (mirror 1) to d/l it from is it available someplace else?


Never mind - apparently the fourth time was the charm - seems to have worked this time...:p

I thought so, but just wanted to be sure,

so it uninstalled the mods install UB then it puts the other mods back in order, right?

You should be able to just install the new version of UB.

Note, though, that to preserve compatability WeiDU will temporarily uninstall and then reinstall any mods installed post-UB. Don't be alarmed by this; it is normal behaviour. It just may take a while to do all the reinstalling! :)

i have an older version of UB, plus some mods installed after, if i download the new version do i have to uninstall all the mods after UB and UB then install the new version and my other mods, or can i just install the new version of UB

Icelus, Cliffette and myself are proud to unveil version 15 of the Unfinished Business mod for Baldur's Gate 2! For those who haven't heard of it, this WeiDU mod restores elements of BG2 that were cut by developers prior to release.

Both PC and Mac OS X versions are available.

The mod allows a variety of languages--if you'd like to translate the mod into your native tongue please let us know. Currently supported languages inclide English, French, Polish, German, Spanish, Czech, Russian and Chinese.

The following is the changelog since the previous version:

NEW ADDITIONS
  • Added a Chinese translation, thanks to Scar_kun.
  • Added a few missing sound file references to various SoA strings.
  • Made Wallag's corpse permanent, making his items available (thanks CamDawg and Fixpackers!)

  • Dropped the value of the Web Sack (to 1,500gp).

  • Fixed a bug in the French translation of the Minsc component.
  • Fixed a bug preventing non-ToB owners from installing the Minor Dialogue Restorations component.
