Incidentally, it's a good idea to make a backup right after you install (or right after you add the official patch). Copy the override folder, dialog.tlk, chitin.key and baldur.ini into a seperate backup directory. Then, if you ever want to reinstall, simply delete the above files, as well as weidu.log, from your game directory and replace them with the backed-up files. Voila: a clean install!
